O Type - Simplex
Galaxy Brand ' O' Type Flat Steel healds a with reinfroced closed end Loops are suitable for Airjet and Waterjet weaving machines with high weft insertion rate. Galaxy brand Narrow Fabric Healds are manufactured from high carbon hardened and tempered steel strips. Our healds are suitable for use on all type weaving machines like Bonus, Muller, Gripper and all other Weaving machines.

Each and every heald has a highly polished surface, edges and eyelet. The end loops of these healds are available as per required speciation. The thread eye is placed in center, 5 mm above center as per requirement of the weaver. These healds are available in Nickel and Zinc platting in the following dimension chart.

Heavy duty heald are manufactured on request for very coarse yarn.
