We are one of the leading manufacturers of hardened and tempered steel in India over the past 5 years. We are equipped with the traditional oil quenching furnaces as well as modern lead quenching furnaces. With this technology we can offer our customers specific products as per the requirement.


Manufacturing capabilities
Width: 6 mm to 400 mm
Thickness: 0.10 mm to 3.5 mm
Grad: High carbon / Medium carbon and alloy steel
Edges: Sheared, round and square
Finish: Bright, Blue, Bronze and Furnace grey
Flatness: Maximum 0.025 mm in 25.4mm width
Camber: Maximum deviation +/- 0.5 per 1000 mm length Coil weight: Maximum 4.000 kgs / mm strip width
Packing: The strips are normally packed with a light coat of anti rust oil followed by wrapping it with a thick polythene film and finally with polythene lined Hessain strip.
